Global Services in Education led the market research and feasibility study for the STEAM College project in South Africa, including detailed financial modelling and delivery planning for a large-scale, STEM-focused and socially inclusive K–12 school development.
Planned for up to 6,000 students on a 50-hectare site, the project was structured around a PropCo / OpCo model, phased development, and a blended funding approach incorporating government-subsidised enrolments. The study was designed as the flagship pilot for a replicable 10-school platform, establishing the commercial, operational, and investment framework for future roll-out.
